Swimming

On Sunday we went to my parents neighborhood pool for a BBQ. Tegan loves the water and was super excited to go swinmming.

Butterfly Museum

My sister, Jessie came to town this weekend. On Saturday we took Tegan and my sister's to the Butterfly Museum. It was Tegan's first time and he had lots of fun. Jewels held "Rosie" the spider but Tegan decided to he was not up for it!

Baby Richie comes to play

On Friday we got to watch our neighbor's little boy, Baby Richie!
Tegan loves Richie and is so gentle and caring with him.

Richie is so close to crawling. He's got the army crawl down perfect! Which was good because he was very interested in everything Tegan was doing!

We are so happy Tegan has a little friend right across the street. They will have so much fun growing up together.

Future Police Officer?

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) is coming to Colorado August 25th through the 28th. The Denver police department has been extremely busy preparing for the DNC, which means Stacy has had a ton of extra trainings. Recently he received a new set of "gear" he will be wearing while working the DNC. The other night he was trying on the gear and Tegan was very persistent that he needed to try on everything also!

If I may say so myself.... I think he is pretty darn cute!.

Jackie's B-day Party

Sunday evening we went to Jackie's B-day party. Tegan has been very excited about going to the party. We joke around by saying that Jackie is Tegan's little girlfriend at school but I am starting to think it might be true. The teachers at school always talk about how well they play together and how they are always hugging.

Baby Shower

On Sunday afternoon I attended a baby shower for a friend of mine from high school, Marie. Marie is due to have a little boy in August. It was great to get together and visit with a bunch of my friends from high school.

More Water Fun

Saturday evening we headed to the sprinkler park to cool off. Everytime we visit the park Tegan seems to get a little braver. This week he was running around in circles through the water. Usually he just hangs out and waits for one of the sprinklers to come up so it was hilarious to watch him runnig through all of them.
