Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve we went to Grandma Marlene's House to celebrate x-mas with all of Stacy's family. Tegan and Matthew got a great surprise when they got there. Santa had delivered a letter to both of them! They were so excited to read their letters from Santa.

I am sure Matthew will have LOTS of fun with this.
Tegan got a new vacuum cleaner just like Mommy and Daddy.
Tegan and Matthew had so much fun hanging out.
Tegan followed him around all night.
Here he is trying to help Matthew figure out his new MP3 player.

Tegan had a wonderful time and was very excited to play with all of his new gifts!

Christmas Morning

As you can tell by Tegan's face he was very excited when he got up Christmas morning and saw all of the presents Santa had left him.
He was so excited to go down the slide on his Kangaroo Kingdom but he still could not help looking at all of the other toys.

"Did I really get a 4 wheeler?"

He does fairly well on the 4 wheeler but he still does not understand how to steer He rides it straight until he runs into the wall and then just waits for someone to come turn him around. Santa also brought Tegan a talking kitchen!
Which has kept him very busy for the past couple of days.

Daddy bought Tegan a new spider man baseball bat!

"Time to go down the slide again."

Stacy got a surprise present.
A Brandon Marshall autographed helmet and case.It was hard to get Tegan to stop playing with the presents Santa brought and open the wrapped presents!

Trying to cook and go down the slide at the same time can be a very difficult task.

Too bad the Kangaroo Kingdom cannot stay inside forever.
Playing with all of his new toys before it was time to go to my parents house.

Chritmas Day

On Christmas Day we went to my parents house to celebrate Christmas.
Every year we draw names to buy someone a present and then make them one.
My mom made us a new mailbox.
I drew my moms name so with Tegan's help we

made her a stepping stone for her garden.

Stacy drew my name to buy something for...he thought he was pretty funny by putting an I.O.U. in place of my Old Navy gift card.
Jeff also played a trick on Stacy. He had placed pieces of wood and inside a big box and Stacy had to unwrap at least six boxes.
After all of the unwraping he finally got to his gift card.
Jewels made Tegan the coolest dog pillow in sewing class.

She did such a good job!

Tegan loves his new pillow.Tegan making sure that Papa Jeff knows where his eye is located!

Jeff also made Tegan a really nice picnic table with his name on the top.
I still have to get a picture to post.
We were all exhausted by the end of Christmas.

We are so thankful to have been able to spend this special holiday with all of our family! Thank you to everyone for making Christmas so special....and Tegan wanted to give Santa a BIG thank you for visiting him at three houses.

I guess that means he was an extra good boy this year!

We began our Christmas celebration with dinner at my parents house a few days before Christmas. Tegan was amused all evening by "The Singing Snowmen". Here he is saying "Cheese" for the camera. He laid on the floor and listened to the snowmen for close to an hour!

X-Mas Party and time with Santa

This past weekend we went to Stacy's work Christmas party. It was held at a banquet hall called Christie's at Genesee. It was a ton of fun and we all had a great time.

Mr. T's sooooo serious model face.

Santa Claus made a guest appearance at the party. Tegan was not too sure what to think but he knew all of the other kids were in line so he decided to join them.

Tegan had no trouble climbing up on Santa's lap.

He looks a little nervous.

He even got a early present from Santa.

When it was time for Santa to leave Tegan ran up and gave him a BIG hug.

Getting Ready for X-Mas

We went to pick out a tree the evening we returned back from Gran Junction. Unfortunately we were unsuccessful in finding one. So Stacy and Tegan went on a mission to find one while I was at work the following day. They found the perfect tree! I think I am going to have to minimize some of our x-mas boxes before next year...they are getting a little overwhelming. We expected Tegan to be a little more interested in the whole decorating process this year. His interest lasted for about 5 minutes and then he was off to play with his toys.
The final product.

I decided to only put up a few of my village houses this year. Tegan loves to sit and look at them when the lights are on them.

His favorite thing to do all night is turn on ALL of the musical animals!

I think the batteries may run out soon!
