HAPPY HALLOWEEN

This year we decided to take Tegan to Trick or Treat.
I could not believe how good he did. He carried his own candy pail, knocked on all of the doors and even held his pail up to get candy. It was so much fun to see how excited he was. "I'm ready!"
As soon as we got to the first house he started knocking on the door.
When our neighbor opened the door he decided to let himself right inside her house!!!

This particular neighbor has decorations for EVERY holiday. And when I say decorations I mean decorations! She is definitely the competition in the neighborhood.

Everyday when we get home after work Tegan runs straight to her yard because there are soooo many fun things to look at and play with.

"Ok Mom.... I am ready to get some more candy!"
Of course we had to ring the door bell because
Tegan's knock was not quite loud enough!
Tegan checking out all of his candy.
WE HOPE EVERYONE HAD A WONDERFUL AND SAFE HALLOWEEN!!!

ANDERSON FARMS

On Sunday we went to Anderson Farms for the day.
This was our 2nd year to go but Tegan was able to enjoy a lot more this year.
He loved feeding and petting the animals and all of the rides.Tegan checking out the 3 week old baby goats.

He loved getting to fed them.

Last year Tegan was too little for the barrel cars.
Stacy was very brave and decided to try them out.
Stacy seems to be a little more excited than Tegan?!?!
Tegan LOVED the barrel cars and actually threw a lovely 22 month old tantrum when the ride was over! Gotta love those.

Daddy and Tegan looking at the ducks.

Tegan was very excited to lead the way through the corn maze.

We took a hayride to the pumpkin patch.

On the way to the pumpkin patch we stopped to feed some more animals.

Tegan was not to sure what to do when the buffalo

was looking at him with his mouth wide open.

Tegan was really excited when we arrived at the pumpkin patch.

Here he is saying, "SHHHH...SHHHH" because it was time to listen to the driver.
Tegan investigating which pumpkin he liked.
Tegan has began to tell us when he pees!

Here he is saying, "I pee, I pee."

If only he would do it before he already went.

"I think I like this one."

Our little handsome cutie!

Tegan loved watching the wheels on the tractor. Tegan was exhausted when we left Anderson Farms!
It took him about two minutes to fall asleep.

Boo at the Zoo

Last week the morning show I listen to ended up talking about Tegan dancing to thei Colorado Rockies Song they had made up. Long story short.... I was on the radio and Tegan was on their website and we won free tickets to Boo at the Zoo.Jewels, Matthew and Ashlee came to the zoo with us.
At first Tegan was not very fond of his Halloween costume. Finally we figured out that the elephant nose was driving him CRAZY! He was much better once we folded it under.
Tegan loved making his ROARRRR sounds!

The giraffes were so much fun to watch.
They were all running around in circles with each other.

Enjoying a yummy sucker!

A family picture!
Notice how cute Tegan is with his arm around Stacy's neck.

After Dinner Painting

This past weekend I bought Tegan a set of TaDoodles First Marks paints.
On Saturday he did great with them and loved to paint!
Then tonight he decided to get a little messy...which of course he loved even more!
Why must they put EVERYTHING in their mouth?
The only downfall with these paints is that you have to push the brush down to make the paint come out at first. After a few times of Tegan watching me do this he figured out how to make a HUGE mess! (As you can tell by his pictures below he figured out to make the paint come out!)
But I guess that is the extra fun part of a toddler painting.
"What mom?"
Art work from Saturday!
Notice the difference between the above pictures from tonight and the
ones below from Saturday.

Tegan went directly to the bath tub after his 2nd painting experience.

We can not wait until the next painting experience.
