Hiking at Flagstaff

Today Stacy, Tegan and I went hiking at Flagstaff in Boulder. It was the perfect day to go hiking although we did hit some rain. Tegan seems to love being outside. For some reason he really enjoys sucking on the side of the back pack and he insists on keeping his hand out the hole where his leg goes...who knows. I guess as long as he's happy we can't complain.This is the very beginning of the trail. You can actually hike all the way up the mountain.

We also visited the wildlife refuge.

He eventually fell asleep.
It started raining on the way back down. It actually felt really good.

First Camping Trip

Stacy, Tegan and I decided to go camping this weekend at Netherland. This is a little town by central city. My parents have property there and on the land there is a little hunter's cabin. There is no running water or bathroom so it is still just like camping. We do not have a tent yet so it was camping to us. Stacy had lots of fun because he could build and play with stuff and Tegan loved being outside.Tegan and daddy at lunch time!

On the property there is a big swing type thing that you sit on and then you slide down a cable. Stacy was brave enough to try I decided I would just watch.
Tessa sure does like to follow Stacy EVERYWHERE!

Big Boiy Hat

Tegan is starting to get attached to his fuzzy silky bunny. It really seems to help him fall asleep. Although he is a boy I still think it is soooo adorable.Stacy and I found this monkey blanket the other day and he seems to really like sleeping with it also. He is such a little angel.
Yesterday was Stacy's friends Brian and Bruces b-days. All of the guys got together to go golfing all day and then they had a BBQ in the evening.

Fun times

I was looking through the camera today and realized I have not downloaded many pictures from the past week. I surprised to find some pictures Stacy took while he was watching Tegan. I guess we all have our own way to keep him occupied.Tegan seems to like sitting at the back patio window with the dog. Wonder what Daddy was doing.
Last Thursday was my stepdad's birthday. Here are some pictures from dinner that night.
My sister is back from college for the summer!!! I am excited she is here.

First Softball Game

I am playing soft ball with my co-workers on Friday nights now. Lastnight was our first game . I think we need some practice. The score was 33 to 3. So needless to say we did not do so hot!Stacy and Tegan came to cheer us on. Tegan had lots of fun. He loves being outside! Hopefully next week we will do better. Atleast we had fun though!

Kendal came to play!

Tegan has never been a big napper. Today he figured out that he could roll over in his crib and he slept for two hours. So now maybe he will start taking longer naps.Kendal came to play with Tegan today. He loves to watch everything she does.

Today Tegan and I went to the lake for a walk. Tegan loved watching the ducks he thought they were really funny and kept giggling at them.
Here is Tegan's new stroller I got for Mother's Day. I am so happy to finally have a stroller that will fit in my car.

Happy Mother's Day

Today was my first Mother's Day. And I have to say it was a wonderful day. We went to church this morning and then to lunch with both of our families. Tegan and daddy surprised me with diamond earrings. They are beautiful. My family

Stacy also got me a new seat for Tegan to take a bath in since he is getting too big for the bath sling! It looks like fun can't wait to try it out tomorrow.
