Little sleepy boy!!!

I still love to sneak in and watch Tegan sleeping.
He is so precious!

In a daze....

The kitchen is done.

Here is the kitchen again before .... Here it is after.
It is kind of hard to see the colors in the picture.

It feels so good to have it all done!!!

Everyone's working on the kitchen

On Saturday night Oscar came over to spend some time with Tegan and help us with the kitchen.
Stacy and Oscar being silly.
Tegan insisted on helping Stacy change out all of the outlets.
He was a very good helper.

Kangaroo Kingdom

Today I took Tegan and Kendal to open gym at the Kangaroo Kingdom. We had never been there before so we thought we should check it out.
Both of the kids were a little overwhelmed at first and could not decide what to play with first! It did not take long for them to get the hang of things.

Kendal loved jumping on the trampoline.

There were lots of fun things to crawl in and out of.

Kendal saying "cheese" but not with a lot of enthusiasm.
"Here I come mom".

They loved rocking in the boat.

The kids were both so good and had so much fun!
They both played so hard and were ready for a drink and snack!

Baby cartwheels go bad!!!!

Tegan has started this thing where he rolls around on the floor back and forth very quickly. The only way I can explain is baby cartwheels. Here is a video of him doing his baby cartwheels. It takes him a few minutes to get started...so just be patient. (Oh and that is Stacy plaing the hermonica in the background).

Say goodbye to Easter in our kitchen!!!!

Everyone knows that we nought a new house in August....which we love. With the exception of all of the wall paper. The kitchen, office and Tegan's bathroom are all covered in wall paper. So this weekend we decided to begin working on the kitchen. Here are some before pictures of the wall paper in the kitchen. It looked a little like Easter in our kitchen. We decided to rent a steamer from Home Depot. And as many know you really can not start these projects while the little ones are awake. So we began the process at 8:00 pm on Sunday night. The steamer worked great but we had no idea that this project would take soooo long!

We finally had ALL of the wall paper down, the walls washed and the mess picked up at 4:00 am!!! It is hard to tell in this picture but it already looks ten times better!
We are going to begin painting this weekend! I am so excited that we will soon have a finished kitchen. I now know that I will never ever put wall paper up anywhere in our house!!!! I will get some pictures of our finished kitchen this weekend.

More outside time

We have been trying to spend as much time as possible outside, since it has been so nice. Tegan is really beginning to enjoy going out to play in the backyard. He is so funny....he refuses to touch the grass with his hands and will make every effort to get up without putting his hands down.
We just realized that Tegan has 5 teeth coming in right now. He has been such a good sport...especially since I only knew about two of them at first!
Stacy looking so manly by the grill.
Here is a new video. It is not a very good one and not too exciting but --oh-well!

Manhattan Dance Project

This weekend I went downtown to watch both of my sisters participate in the Manhattan Dance project. This was a 2 day workshop that took place at the Buell Theater. Professional dancers came from all over to teach them different styles of dances. This was Jewel's first year and Jessie's 7th. They both worked really hard. Jewel's danced from 8 to 1 on both Saturday and Sunday and Jessie danced from 1 to 6 both days.

Fun Outside Time...Playing, Yelling and even dancing!

Today it was around 70 degrees and we spent majority of the day outside. Stacy decided to take advantage of the weather and went golfing in the morning. While he was gone Tegan and I hung out in the backyard and did some yard work!

At first I had Tegan in his exersaucer and soon realized it does not work the same now that he is mobile. So I got out his castle and let him have at it. Grandma Moe brought it over awhile ago but this was his first time to play with it!It did not take him long to figure it out.He loved everything but the slide.
I am sure he will enjoy it soon. When Stacy got home we ventured up to the tree house. Tegan thought this was the coolest thing ever! He kept yelling as loud as he could. Silly Stacy

Silly Stacy again!!!!

This is Tegan yelling as loud as he could to anyone who was listening!
Here is a new video of Tegan in his tree house. Take note of his new dance skills. Whenever you tell him to dance he starts showing off his new moves.

Random Pictures and news...

We have been finally having some warm weather here, so we have been trying to get outside as much as possible. Tegan and Daddy at the park.Tegan is currently getting two new teeth!
It has been so much fun.
Melissa his babysitter said he had a really rough day yesterday!

He fell asleep on the way home and I carried him in and handed him off to Stacy.

Stacy laid him on the pillow and he just laid there asleep for quit awhile. Poor baby!

Tegan is doing new and exciting things everyday! I went to get him after nap time on Monday and we found him sitting on the floor in his room playing with his toys. I am hoping this is a one time event....but who knows?

I think he might be trying to say bye-bye at the end.
What do you think?
