Introducing Tegan the future hockey player....

We try to take Tegan to the Apex Center  a couple times a month. He always gets excited to watch the hockey players practice. A few months ago we were looking at the activity guide and realized they had Learning to Ice Skate and Floor Hockey. So we signed him up! Stacy and Tegan will be starting the learning to skate class in February and then Tegan will start floor hockey after that! For his birthday he got all of his hockey gear!

I have a feeling we will be seeing some bruises over the next year!

The Night Before the Party

The night before Tegan's birthday party Tegan helped me make the 

batter for his b-day cake and cupcakes.

He is becoming such a big help these days!

This year I searched for a Madagascar themed cake. There was noting I liked...so I decided to attempt to make Alex the lion! I started the cake at 10:00 o'clock and finished at 1:30 am!

Tegan's 3rd Madagascar Birthday

Tegan was very persistent about wanting a Madagascar Birthday Party. So when I found the Jungle Women I was super excited. The Jungle Women, Linda came to our house and brought about 10-15 different animals. I was a little nervous about how the little kids would do...but they did excellent and loved all of the animals.

Linda allowed everyone to touch majority of the animals and was very educational.

Since Tegan was the birthday boy he got to feed Ted a banana.
