Tegan meets Santa

Today Stacy, Tegan and I went to the mall to do some Christmas shopping. And of course we took Tegan to see Santa Claus. Tegan was a little confused but did not cry at all.
I was so proud of him.
Tegan was really excited to be at the mall.

Grandma Marlene's House

On Sunday evening we went to visit Grandma Marlene's house. Tegan had so much fun playing with his great-grandpa's hat!

Day Before Thanksgiving

My sister Jessie got into town from college on Wednesday. So Jewels and her came over to help us cook some of the food for thanksgiving.
Tegan enjoyed being the taster!
Stacy had way to much fun preparing the turkey

I think Jewels had a little to much sugar while she was over.

They were both sooooo much help. I don't know how I would have got everything done without them!

Happy Thanksgiving

This year Stacy and I decided to have Thanksgiving dinner at our house. Neither of us had ever cooked or hosted a Thanksgiving dinner before. We had 20 people and I think overall it went really well!

Tegan's 1st Car Accident

Today Tegan and I got into a car accident! We got hit from behind, which then caused my car to hit someone else. It was really scary getting into an accident with a baby in the car. Luckily everyone was ok. Tegan never made a sound and I was the only one crying!!!!

Late Birthday Celebration!!!

On Sunday evening Stacy, Tegan and I went over to Shannon and Ross's to celebrate Kendal's birthday! We got Kendal a Elmo balloon like Tegan's. I wish I would have had my camera when I got out of the car and she saw Elmo floating outside.
We also got her a pony on a stick!
I am sure we will get paid back for this one day!
Kendal loves having everyone sing to her.
This hat stayed on for about 45 seconds.
This was Tegan's first time to have a cupcake. He was not really sure what to do with it at first.
Since Kendal has celebrated her 2nd birthday for the past 3 weeks, she decided she would show him what to do.

Tegan is very picky with the textures of food. He does not like to put anything that is wet or sticky in his hands. So this is the only way he would eat his cupcake.
It was hilarious watching him push his face into the cupcake without using his hands. I think he gets this from his daddy. Stacy has to put rubber gloves on to do majority of the chores around the house.

Here is a video of Tegan and his cupcake:

Hot Sulphur Springs

This weekend Stacy and I went away to Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado.
They have 24 different hot spring spring mineral pools. All of the pools are on the side of the mountain.
This was the river you could see from majority of the pools.

We missed Tegan very much but it was nice to have a weekend of relaxing.
The views were amazing.
Stacy and I attempted to try all of the different pools. The temperatures of the pools were anywhere from 95 degrees to 112 degrees.
Most of the pools were built for only two people, so you never felt crowed.
The town of Hot Sulphur Springs was very small and everything shut down around 7 pm. So on Saturday night we went to Winter Park to do some shopping and eat dinner.

Thanks Grandma Moe and Grandma Marlene for watching Tegan. We really appreciate the time away!
