On Sunday Stacy, my step-dad and Jewels went to Limon, Colorado to get a buffalo. Once they got the buffalo they had to process everything by themselves, the pictures are fairly graphic, so I decided to not include them.
Stacy was very excited about his day and really wanted me to share it with all of you. In about a month Jeff and Stacy will get to stock their freezers full of meat!
