Stacy's First Father's Day

Stacy had a wonderful first father's day. In the morning we went to church and breakfast with my family in Evergreen, Colorado. It was very pretty there.Grandma Moe and Tegan at breakfast.
Jeff, Jewels, Tegan and Grandma Moe.
Daddy was very surprised when he opened his presents. Tegan picked out the hot wheels wrapping paper all by himself. Stacy loved his new pictures of Tegan and I.

On Saturday evening we went to dinner with Grandma Marlene. We ate at the Elephant Bar. It was wonderful. Stacy was very surprised about his new hiking backpack. It is even Bronco colors...which was not planned.
We are very excited to test out the new hiking backpack.

Happy Father's Day Stacy!

Breckenridge Colorado

This weekend Stacy took me to Breckenridge Colorado. He planned the entire trip by himself and had LOTS of surprises for me. I was very impressed. My mom and his mom watched Tegan for the whole weekend. It was hard to be away from him but nice to have time alone. It was so beautiful there and the weather was perfect. This was our view from the balcony of our condo.
On Sunday evening Stacy and I went to a really nice dinner. When we left the restaurant this horse and carriage was waiting for us. Then I got the biggest surprise.....he proposed by asking me to complete the story of his life. And of course I said yes.
Here I am calling my mom to tell her. I don't think I stopped smiling the entire weekend.
When we got back to the hotel room there were a dozen roses , rose petals on the bed and champagne waiting.

My beautiful roses.
Another surprise Stacy had planned for Monday was white water rafting. It was my first time and I loved it.

I was so surprised Stacy pulled all of this by himself. Anyone who knows me knows I am very sneaky and tend to find out most things. But for once he got around me and I did not know a thing.

Tegan's New Toy

Tegan came home with lots of new toys. I think he defiantly got spoiled by the Grandma's. His cheeks were raw from getting soooo many kisses. We have been noticing he was getting board with his panda mat...but he loves his new ExerSaucer.

New Presents

Today is Daddy's first day writing on the blog. Tegan is now learning to hold his toys and switching them from hand to hand. He is so talented (just like his daddy of course).
Moma surprised me today with an early Father's Day present. They are stickers that go on your back window of your vehicle that shows the whole family. I love it. I think its a pretty close resemblence.

Swimming

It has began to get very warm so we decided to take Tegan to the pool. This was his first time to use his crab float. We were not sure if he was big enough for it yet but he seemed to really enjoy it.He loved playing with all of his toys.

Tegan went under water for the first time today. He did extremely well and did not even cry.
He's such a big boy.

Swimming really made him sleepy

Denver Broncos Fan Fare

As everyone knows Stacy is a VERY BIG Broncos fan. He even has season tickets. This weekend was the 4th annual fan fare at Invesco field. We attended both days and it was tons of fun. Stacy's goal was to get lots of autographs. We did not do so hot the first day but today we had a different strategy and did much better. Jessie attended with us today and had a great time on her birthday.
Here's the official barrel man!
Tegan and I waiting patiently in yet another autograph line!
Here we are wasting more time in line. Tegan was not enjoying pictures anymore. He surprisingly did really good at the two day event and enjoyed getting outside. There were lots of freebees for the kids. Tegan is already like his daddy and loves a good burger!
Stacy and Tegan at Invesco Field.
It's naptime! All tuckered out!
Even Ronald McDonald made it to the Fan Fare.
Stacy's favorite player is John Lynch. Today he showed up to sign autographs at one of the lines Stacy just happened to be in. He was only signing for one hour. Luckily the line got cut off about five people behind Stacy and Jessie. They got really lucky and got him to sign two footballs, a poster and two Jerseys. I was waiting at the end of the line for almost two hours. Finally I convinced the security officer to let me sneak in and get John Lynch to hold Tegan for a picture. Stacy was so happy.

We had Tegan's picture drawn. I do not really see any similarities.

All Stacy can talk about now is getting everything framed. I guess now he has lots of things for his Bronco room once we move!
