Fun Outside Time...Playing, Yelling and even dancing!

Today it was around 70 degrees and we spent majority of the day outside. Stacy decided to take advantage of the weather and went golfing in the morning. While he was gone Tegan and I hung out in the backyard and did some yard work!

At first I had Tegan in his exersaucer and soon realized it does not work the same now that he is mobile. So I got out his castle and let him have at it. Grandma Moe brought it over awhile ago but this was his first time to play with it!It did not take him long to figure it out.He loved everything but the slide.

I am sure he will enjoy it soon. When Stacy got home we ventured up to the tree house. Tegan thought this was the coolest thing ever! He kept yelling as loud as he could. Silly Stacy

Silly Stacy again!!!!

This is Tegan yelling as loud as he could to anyone who was listening!
Here is a new video of Tegan in his tree house. Take note of his new dance skills. Whenever you tell him to dance he starts showing off his new moves.

Melissa his babysitter said he had a really rough day yesterday!

He fell asleep on the way home and I carried him in and handed him off to Stacy.

Stacy laid him on the pillow and he just laid there asleep for quit awhile. Poor baby!

Tegan is doing new and exciting things everyday! I went to get him after nap time on Monday and we found him sitting on the floor in his room playing with his toys. I am hoping this is a one time event....but who knows?

Here is a new video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_jFXBSK2UQ

More New Tricks

So Tegan has officially started taking some steps. For the last week or so he has been taking two or so steps at a time. Last night he actually took four and then tonight he took six steps. We have been unsuccessful at getting this a video yet but hope to soon.

His favorite thing to do right now is put his hands above his head and do a face plant into pillows or fall backwards in his crib. Here is a video of him falling backwards in his crib this morning: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Exu5i21qnso

Last night he also finally went down the stairs by himself. We were able to get that on video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hxP2XfSgsfo

Sorry for all of the videos.

We are just trying to capture all of the new tricks.

Buffalo Hunting

On Sunday Stacy, my step-dad and Jewels went to Limon, Colorado to get a buffalo. Once they got the buffalo they had to process everything by themselves, the pictures are fairly graphic, so I decided to not include them.Stacy was very excited about his day and really wanted me to share it with all of you. In about a month Jeff and Stacy will get to stock their freezers full of meat!

Trying SO hard.

Everytime I think Tegan is getting the hang of feeding himself.....this happensHe really does think he is so funny. Check out his video below

Tegan loves the park !!!!

Sunday afternoon it was really nice out. This was a great change compared to all of the snow we have had lately. Tegan and I decided to walk over to the park.He was so funny swinging.

He would not stop laughing and kicking his feet.

He wanted nothing to do with getting out of the swing. At first when I tried to get him out he held on as tight as he could and started to cry!

I guess we will be making a lot of trips to the park this summer!

Tegan loving on Dave!!!

On Saturday Night we went to dinner at my parents house and our friend's Dave and Jen were there. Once it was time to put Tegan in his pj's he decided he just wanted to snuggle with Dave. If only he would snuggle like this all the time!!!

Everyday Tegan likes to play in the front living room. He loves taking all of the rocks out of the candle display and putting them into the tea kettle. Whenever we can not find something small we typically find it in the tea kettle. Here is a video of him working very hard to get the rocks put away.
